Baseball and Softball registration for the Spring 2026 season will open December 1, 2025. We are working hard to get ready for another successful season at Irmo Little League. Last year was another great one for Irmo Little League with over 1300 boys and girls playing baseball and softball during the Spring and Fall seasons. We also had a historic summer in tournament play earning 5 State Championships and sending 4 teams to a World Series tournament – the first league to ever send this many teams to a World Series in the same year.

ILL is 100% a volunteer run organization and tasks such as field work, concession stand, day to day operations and especially umpiring cannot be done unless people are willing to volunteer. Next season, please consider volunteering so that everything can run smoothly – it should not fall on the shoulders of a handful of people to handle everything required of a league of over 500 families.

You will be able to register online through the Irmo Little League website (www.IrmoLittleLeague.org). Prior to registering, please take a few minutes to review the following updates that are being implemented for the Spring 2026 season.

New Division Names:
Irmo Little League will continue to offer competitive and fun baseball and softball for players ages 4-16. However, the divisions will have new names so please review the Divisions of Play chart to verify which division your child would be playing in for the Spring.

Registration Fees:
Registration Fees will now include snack tickets for the entire season for your player. The Team Parent won’t have to worry about collecting money ahead of time from all the players or keeping track of everyone’s money. Also, a new system is being worked out that will not require the Team Parent to purchase tickets before each game. More details to come before the start of games! A Non-Volunteer Fee is being introduced for 2026 to help offset costs the league incurs when it must pay individuals to perform tasks that were traditionally handled by volunteers. While volunteering is always preferred—and has been the foundation of our league’s growth and strength over the past 30 years—the size of the league today makes it impossible for only a small group of volunteers to shoulder all responsibilities. We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable, so families who choose not to volunteer may pay the fee instead, and this contribution will directly support league operations. Evaluation Weekend: January 24-25, 2026 @ Friarsgate Park
League Parent Meeting #2: February 4, 2026
Opening Day: Saturday March 7, 2026 @ Friarsgate Park
